Anyone resigned from EY recently? While resignation in the exit portal the notice period says 90days which is different from the offer letter which is 60days. Did EY changed notice period policy to 90days?

I come from a target school in India (say MBB / T2 hires from my college every year) with ~1 YOE in consulting - based in Dubai. Would the stated firms consider me for a BA role (lateral hire as an experienced BA)?

Hello there. I have been interviewing with Okta and got through all 5 rounds of interviews. They say they want to offer me the job but there is a global freeze for all marketing roles at the company. My friend got an offer from a startup company. In the salary structure they are showing 50% of the CTC as basic which is fine but in PF contribution it is showing 8.2% total contribution (Employee + Employer) instead of the standard 24%.

Is this legal for any startup to do like this?
