Try more offers. WellsFargo might not satisfy with the tech stack and Stand chartered will give no more hikes after you join
I personally like standchartered than wells as I am more of a technical enthusiast and wells did not satisfy with their legacy stacks.
I think you should go with Wells Fargo, reason being the job title they are offering. In Wells Fargo, you will be product manager and in SCB you will be BA. Anyday, PM role is better than BA role.
If money matters to you, then let me tell you this 8.7 varliable pay in SCB, you will be getting full amount (I am not sure about Wells Fargo though)
