Why is it that a lot of couples I know living in big cities are in open relationship?

For parents with school-age kiddos (kindergarten up), what do you do for childcare? Thinking about giving up our nanny, but worried about juggling days off, sick days, and summer break.

Early mornings became my best friend once I had kids. Managing to put 2 to 3 hrs of work Sat and Sun before they are awake means that I get to spend more time with them during the day.

Who uses Plickers? Thoughts? Are the kids required to have a computer? What alternatives have you used that don’t use a computer?
