Hello, Salary stack shows PF amount included in the package, now when I check my Salary slip, again out of Basic, hra, additional allowance together, again PF is getting deducted, not sure how this is calculated, say Gross is 50 k out of which fixed 38, now again out of this 38k, PF of 3k getting deducted, why is PF getting deducted twice???

I manage a junior developer that's been with the company for about 18 months. I end up providing them of TON of support. I need to give them extremely detailed instructions or they fail. For bugs, I need to point them to a specific function that's causing the bug. For new features, I'm basically writing their method signatures and defining their test cases.

I've tried asking them to do more on their own, but when I do, they fail spectacularly.

I’ve taken FAR a few times at this point. I got two 74s and this past one I got a 70. I felt like the last exam (which was a few weeks ago) was extremely harder than the other ones. Has anyone else noticed the exam getting extremely tough? Or do you think I just got a one off?

The material isn't the hardest part of getting through this
For me the hardest part of cpa, that i am used to having a study buddy (i can study for hours and yet i wont lose focus) and i hate studying alone (i get easily distracted)
