I’m a new CSM (9 months) and I work at a company that doesn’t invest much in its CSM team. I’ve been struggling because as time goes on I feel more and more like a token hire. We have no play book/structure, no CSM tool and I’m current organizing all 95 of my clients on spreadsheets while also handling presales trials with a salary under 50k.

Long story short: I’m searching for mentorship or to be pointed in the direction of a good course so I can help the clients I do have while I’m here

22 years old and currently focused on using my left over income to invest and pay off my debt. I am set to pay off my college loans by next year and, when I do, I want to look into investing into real estate. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get into/learn more about real estate investing? Or how I can have enough knowledge on the topic to be able to invest wisely when the time comes?

I'm 26, I studied economics but I don't know why I'm not much into investing/trading. Someone else like this?
I recognize this is not a very good approach for someone with money "knowledge" and I would like to change this mindset. My main weakness is that I easily get bored of following the market and that I do not see big opportunities. Any advice?

For any of you real estate investors, what tools or sources did you learn from when getting started. Can’t find a mentor currently so want to find some highly recommended books or videos. If focused on the tri-state area (NY, NJ, Long Island mainly) that would be even better. My hope is to buy and rent out a apartment while also owning a house and house hacking that by renting part of it out. I feel like I can’t redeem my career. I’ve been out of paying work since I graduated. My bar was delayed due to a medical problem and since then I’ve only been able to find volunteering. I’ve been working for free for 2 years now. My network is tapped, my mentors are confused why I can’t find anything, my law school’s career services actually gave up on me, I don’t have the money to move to a new place, I have no other support and I can’t even go back to retail because nobody’s hiring out here.

I have submitted the documents for LTI..before an formal HR call one lady HR called me and ask for expected CTC..i have one offer in hand and i demand 20% of that offer as fixed..she asked me to negotiate and so i went for 20% of offer as total CTC instead of fixed..she simply said OK thats it..and call ended..will I get positive note from them....?

Any advice for someone in the middle of a merger?

Part of a BD now, thinking of going on my own as RIA. Costs would be about 50% less, which makes it seem like an obvious choice. Have a deep family friend relationship with current firm, though. I don’t want to burn a bridge, but am I crazy to be a bit upset that the relationship could keep me from doing what I think may be right? Really struggling with that part of the decision.
