Tiger Analytics has started firing their new joineers(freshers) as they don't have adequate projects. I don't know where the freshers will go as they haven't done any project as such.

This is just pathetic from organization. They are just firing people owing to failing a test of certification, for which other company gives 3 trials but they are giving only one try with negative markings

How is tiger analytics in terms of work culture and employee benefits ?What is the annual hike percentage that tiger provides ?please pour your thoughts.

I have not been on a project for over 3 months. Since I joined, I have been put in training. The training got extended by a month and now it's close to 4 months since I joined and without a project.

What should I do? People say that I'm lucky to get paid without doing any work, but it is stressing me out. I need the experience. The uncertainty is freaking me out, with rumours of layoffs and the certification program and all.

How do I get into a project? How long do I have to wait more?

2) If you have done 1-2 projects in and now want to change your technology track, is it possible?
3) How soon can I expect to get promoted to Senior Analyst and what is the % hike that they usually offer.
