I recently interviewed for L7 EM at Google and had 4 great interviews and one not so great system design. I submitted external referrals all of which gave great feedback. The recruiter said the next step is team match/interviews and then the HC. Anyone in a similar situation? What was the result? Google
Hi Everyone, I am trying to apply for a Technical Support role at Dropbox I’m entering all the required fields but there seems to be an issue, when I hit submit after filling the form, it doesn’t submit and throws error ‘Looks like you left this blank! Please fill out this required field’ when all the fields are entered already (I have checked so many times, and filled the form from scratch several times too). Anyone from Dropbox who can put me in touch with HR or suggest what I should do next?

Just apply anyhow. I only ever got my Associate Degree in Chemistry but found a small chemical blending place willing to give me a chance based on my interview when I kept up with the discussion and demonstrated that I knew what I was doing.
If you learned your stuff well and can carry on a detailed discussion in your field, that could be enough. After all, I stayed on that lab job for 30 years, right up until a big corp bought the place and "restructured" my job away (BASTARDS!!).
Best of luck!

I would just apply and see if anywhere will hire you as a trainee. Can you volunteer or approach companies for experience?
Potentially search for internships? If you are serious about going back for your bachelor's, definitely something to talk about when applying. Do you have any projects from the associates you could include on your resume? Keep trying, seems like every job now requires a bachelor's, but you can still try.

If you are open to going back for a bachelor’s, try pairing that with internships, seasonal field roles or research assistant positions at agricultural colleges. Even part time soil sampling or farm co op work can build credibility fast.
