Here’s a scenario: you and your CW partner concept together, come up with say 5 or 6 solid ideas between the two of you. CW then goes off and writes a few scripts—none of which reflect the ideas you brought to the table. How do you approach this?
A) Ask them first why those ideas are missing and then ask them to take a stab at putting the other ideas to paper.
B) take a stab writing the idea on your own and ask them to take a look and provide thoughts
C) other suggestions?

This role is at a small agency, I’m going to be paired with a Sr. Copywriter. They’re looking for a conceptual thinker and brilliant designer, no pressure.
I have some internships and some freelance under my belt since graduating portfolio school, and a current laptop that’s running on fumes ha.

I freelanced for an agency as an art director for 6 months and recently got hired FT. I am struggling with imposter syndrome on a daily basis but manage to get great feedback from the creative directors continuously but still feel the same way.
