If you have $500+ budget to spend on cookware set, go with the tried and true brand(s), instead of those who spend most of their budget on marketing vs. developing really versatile and lasting products. My go to for ceramic cookware is GreenPan Valencia Pro series - highly recommended by the America Test Kitchen. Caraway is expensive without giving you the RoI. For the same amount of money, GreenPan Velencia Pro gives you much better quality product. I bought both to compare, and I returned the Caraway ones almost immediately.
If you are looking for stainless steel ones, All Clad is the brand to go. Made-in is also good and cheaper than All Clad. Cuisine art also has stainless steel option, much cheaper than All Clad. But of course not as durable. Test cooks at America Test Kitchen literally banged All Clad cookware on bricks and All Clad cookware survived the abuse test.
Hexclad is popular because of celebrity chef endorsement and again, will not provide you with the RoI.
I went to culinary school, so I am particular about my cookware.
No for Caraway. Luckily, I bought one piece only!
All-clad if you’re gonna spend the money. On their website they are always on sale for full sets. Stainless steel and lifetime warranty.
I’ve been lucky and haven’t had to replace any of mine. Absolutely love mine and bought my sister a full set for her bridal shower.

The abuse test at minute 6:19 is soooo satisfying to watch after a hard day at work.
