When does HCL pay annual bonus? Which month?
Hi fishes,
Why TCS is so rude and self proclaimed kinda. I declined TCS offer last year as they were giving very less CTC. Now I got interviewed again with TCS and cleared all the rounds but they are not reactivating my ibegin portal for document upload since I rejected them last year...in this way u think they will never ever reactivate my profile.

Lol that minimal raise. Enjoy your unlimited vacation.
Yeah my $1,700 pay raise is $65 a paycheck lmao no I’d rather take a $23K pay raise and work 40 hour weeks
Why would I care about 5% when I’m getting a 25% bump
Oh wow nice. I just left EY haha. Well good for you for making a move that’s better pay for you. Before the last few months I did like EY so good luck!
I doubt these raises are sufficient to make a difference to someone that’s leaving
They def aren’t
Left the firm 3 weeks ago and started my new position. No regrets so far, absolutely zero. Haven’t felt stressed/anxious or angry once. I remember feeling one of those 3 emotions daily at EY, even in the “slow” season. I genuinely feel so much happier. I am very happy for my friends at EY though, goodluck to them
Me too. I haven’t felt so great in 5 years as I do at my new gig ! And a 25% bump.
I got a 16% raise on my way out , started 2 weeks ago and couldn't be happier. I had another offer for 29% raise but decided I'm happiest with current company. No meditation could save me from the phycological terror of a Jan-May WfH busy season at EY. Would be intermediate senior had I not left.
Don’t look back! It’s not just the monetary value of the new job, it’s so much more in terms of mental health and happiness!
Nope. I still ended up with a bigger pay increase, more manageable hours, and less stress by leaving!
nope because my quality of life and mental state is better and that’s priceless
na, got a 20% raise on way out. i am happy for my friends at EY though, I recall morale being extremely low.
Nope, last day is next week and I still think it’s the best decision for me.
Lol im getting a 36% pay raise. I don’t care!!!
Got a 10% raise to move. I was in CBS, so I would have on gotten a measly 1% had I stayed at EY. Also, work fewer hours and with much less stress. My hair's starting to grow back. 😁
I left 2 weeks ago for a 25% raise. 2-5% is nothing.
And that’s not counting my vacation payout 👍
F no. Getting 32% jump
I left for a 29% raise so 🤷♀️
I’m getting a 31.5% raise. Moneys aside. Couldn’t be happier.
Doing less work for 25% more money and possible 15% bonus next year so I mean...
Counting every single second until I can put my notice. 32% jump before 5% raise
How much were the mid year raises?
Is that supposed to be good? The post made it sound like it was a lot. Or did I misinterpret the post?
