Higher offers at 27-28 with more fixed pay is from contract and hire/fire type companies. Mostly indirect hiring instead of direct employment with the final employer, means higher pay with lower jon security - we get little more pay, companies get the option to let go with ease later!

Any recommendations on smart thermostats that you love and enjoy? I would need to replace 3 thermostats in our home so looking for best value.
