Need a suggestion here. On Monday I joined an organization. Most of the formalities are done like pf etc. But it's 5days now still did not receive my organization email id or other system access (though have received the laptop).

Anyone faced this similar situation. Feeling really anxious and frustrated. Even after multiple follow ups no luck.

Anyone have any direct mail vendors they can recommend? Looking to do a high end oversized mailer for a luxury real estate effort. TIA!

At the time I was offered the position my main concern was lack of guidance/support from leadership. I've been searching for a new job because I know I am underpaid. I have 12+ years of experience in the event industry and seven years in the Event Tech world. I interviewed with Netflix, Amazon, and Microsoft. I went through all the stages, but I was not selected. Any advice? I think I did great in all my interviews; my resume is solid, and I have four university degrees including a Master’s. I speak English and Spanish. Any advice of what my problem might be?
