Hey, does this site have a lot of fake job postings? Has anyone actually gotten hired here? I’ve applied to hundreds of jobs with zero responses. You’d expect at least some interview calls or at least a response, but it feels like fake dating apps intriguing posts but mostly fake or AI bots. Even bots reply! This lack of response is frustrating and disrespectful. Either there are too many fake listings that need to be removed, or someone is just playing around.

As usual there a probation of three months during which the notice period is half the time as compared to if I was a comfirmed staff. Do you think I should start looking and make use of the shorter notice period during my probation?
