Hi all! My past role was a pretty toxic environment - extremely unrealistic & ever-changing expectations & condescending behavior & an overall mean & anxiety riddled atmosphere. Any advice on what to ask future companies when interviewing to really dig & uncover any red flags? Getting real feedback & a true sense of things can be difficult bc typically you get back what they want you want to hear. What value do TPMs provide? In my company all they seem to do is tell other people to work on things they’re already working on, and incessantly nag people on slack for status updates and timelines which you’ve already provided.
