I just started a new first job out of college as a Pharmaceutical Research Tech, making $21/hour, in August, and within four months of training in the Clinical Pathology Lab, I can already complete a majority of the responsibilities and tasks that my Clinical Pathology superior does. I want to ask for a raise, but I’ve struggled to find data online. I’d greatly appreciate any advice or insight on a reasonable pay raise.

I joined fishbowl a month ago and while I’ve seen a couple contentious debates but I must say I’m pleasantly surprised at how respectfully ppl comment on this app even when disagreeing. Hello folks, I’m after some advice please. I recently bought a couple of indoor plants and added to the cart what I think is a very expensive bottle of natural mist to use on the leaves. All organic, glass bottle etc. supposed to use it 2-3 times per week but 2 weeks in I’m down to half a bottle and it was £15 (approx $20). I understand that I need to nurture the plants but it strikes me as a rather expensive mist. Is there anything you’d recommend I can use instead? Thanks.

I think everyone will agree with this that in last 1-2 years we have seen a tremendous change in Indian IT industry and tremendous growth in Salaries and negotiations.
