Hey everyone, please I'm recently trying to transition into a new career in the virtual Assistant space and I recently completed a course in Virtual Assistance, and I'm looking for how I could improve my experience and skills so please if anyone has any way I could do that even if its an intern or paid position I don't mind which ever, I just want to improve, I've been applying for different jobs and positions online for the past months but nothing seems to be working.

Trigger: rare illness post birth

Just sharing that I was diagnosed with postpartum preeclampsia 3 days after giving birth despite not having risk factors or preeclampsia in my pregnancy. Sharing as I had absolutely no idea about this illness.

Main things to do are check your BP everyday at least the first ten days after you give birth, and go to hospital if it's very high (over 160/110). If you get severe headache or stomach ache then also be vigilant.

I’m looking to transition from an academic medical center to pharma or a biotech. I have about 8 years of clinical research experience overall — 7 years combined as a CRC (CRC I, CRC II, and senior CRC) and 1 year as a PM. I’m also recently ACRP-CP certified.

I’ve worked with many different industry-sponsors and CROs throughout the years, but many jobs I am applying to require experience at a biotech/CRO/pharma company. Would really appreciate any advice or referrals. Thanks in advance!
