I absconded Amdocs on my 2nd working day due to a family emergency. Informed my reporting manager and TL about the same.
Now the HR is calling me daily and asking me to complete the resignation formalities. They even called my emergency contact.
Any idea what the formalities are as I can't serve any notice period since I've already joined another firm. Also as I have absconded can't they simply just blacklist me and move on?
