I seem to go through this cycle where I'll try to fix a problem, fix it and then go back to my old ways. I'm trying to fight against it but basically my performance review is coming up and I think it's likely I'm going to be let go because of my failure to meet expectations. I've been a dental assistant for 11 years , and I think I'm done . I feel the pay is never enough and 9/10 we do the most work in the office . It's never commensurate to what we do and no matter how much experience you have your still 3-5$ more than someone fresh out of school . It's a skill I'm glad to know that I can always find work but the burnout for nothing isn't worth it. Can anyone relate

I’m in the second last week of my NP I had accepted an offer from PwC, but now I’ve got a good offer from Cogni and I know PwC won’t negotiate the offer or try to match what Cogni is offering, how do I tell PwC that I won’t be joining them?
Is is too late to inform them now?
What should be the right thing as I don’t want to burn bridges with PwC?

main reason: current work not aligned with skill.
and also i have changed job last 2 jobs frequently just by serving 1.3 yrs.

I was planning to decline a job offer at McKinsey and before I could email he called and asked for final decision and I said I cannot join due to a personal reason, which is the case in reality and just mention I was about to drop an email and apologised for the inconvenience.

He called me unprofessional and said you could have informed. I know I am at fault as well as the offer was released on Monday.

Sort of feeling guilt now, anyways to overcome this?
