About to start a new job at a start up where I got 20,000 options at ~2.50 strike price, company valuation of a ~$1B. My back of envelope math had future value at around $150-200K after 4 years assuming 4-5X growth. Anyone have any good start up option stories to fuel my optimism?

After one week, the operations manager resigned and I took over as a trial. Officially am operations manager, but no title (only verbal) and no raise. Owner likes benefits over big pay raises. Company B: Small/Medium sized growing firm with 45 lpa fixed and 8% avg increment every year but hectic work but good job security

What's your point of view on recent share price fall in global IT stocks? FAANG ones.... (FB, Apple, Amazon, Netflix and Google) Fall is from approx 20-60% in these 5 players in the last 6 -12 months and I suspect a downfall in earnings and profits will impact the entire IT sector and eventually bubble will burst...
