Hi, Any one moved from 8 to 10 recently ,was it based on yoe alone or based on performance, what is the g10 base package ?

Anyone know if the variable pay is applicable while serving np? I got my last variable pay for oct to March cycle and my lwd is 19th sept... Should I get variable pay for April to sept on my final settlement? Or it will give at least April to June?

I presently work in a serene and welcoming workplace where the atmosphere is extremely soothing, but I believe that given my current circumstances, my cost of living is too high and my pay seems to be very low given that I have quite a few additional responsibilities on my shoulders. I’ve been offered a reporting consultant job for less than 60k and I bring 9+ years of experience to the role. They should be offering more. I don’t want to settle but I don’t want to miss an opportunity to move. Reporting consultants should start at $65k per recruiting sites. Any advice? How can I get HR/recruiters to offer more? TIA

.they asked whether they can schedule interview on Wednesday....i said Yes.

But somehow I get schedule cancellation e-mail on or before Tuesday & the process continues from last 1.5 months

My cctc is 4.5 lpa
I have an offer of 9.5 lpa with company A
Currently interview with company B and settled the deal at 13 lpa
The company B hasnt released the offer yet, is there chance that they might revise the 13 lpa offer and reduce it, as they were really stressing out on my cctc or in the worst case scenarios will I be rejected ???

PS - Company B have taken all my documents for document verification.
