Hello Fishes, I have a Job offer from Cisco and Verizon(VDSI).

Cisco CTC - 16.2LPA , Fixed - 15.1LPA - Cisco TAC role.

Verizon data services llc - CTC 18LPA , Fixed - 16.1LPA

YOE - 6.5 Years
CCTC - 7.2 LPA
Tech - Networking and Security

Conflicted between both as I believe Cisco has a better brand value and great company to work for. But the offer from Verizon is competitive.

Is it a good idea to renegotiate with Cisco based on current offer from Verizon. Please share your thoughts.

HR1(recruiter): Hey we offer you X LPA.
HR2(Candidate): Bhai apne baap ko mat seekha. I know budget is 1.5x of what's offered first
HR1: Sahi khel Gaye Bhai. Chalo na tera na mera X pe done karte hai.
HR2: nahi 1.3X se mein neeche nahi aaunga. Aur waise bhi mein bohot bacha lunga tech salary negotiations mein
