I want to know with a 8+ yrs of HRBP experience in India and with SPHR certification, how easy it is to job land in US (im not sure which state ill be in) in the same role. And how much time it might take to get a H4EAD (considering spouse has I-140). What should i be expecting. Any info on this will be of great help.
