I want to build my career in analytics. I have offer from EY India, EXL and LatentView Analytics.
EY is more on the side of project management and process improvement in SaaS, as told. While there is hands-on in other two.

It happens to most of us at some point. There is no magic bullet. For me, I had to reset all my goals and get my life back in balance. When I figured out what I wanted this phase of my career and life to be—and that’s not letting a job run my life—I found much more satisfaction. Best of luck
The last place I worked at was so bad, everyone who left (either on their own or through a layoff) left the industry completely. At least three are now real estate brokers. One is training to be a nurse. One started a dog sitting business. The list just goes on. They're all earning less money, they're all way happier.
🙋🏼♀️ I’m almost done with grad school as a means to an end of all this. A friend of mine recently left the industry and opened a bakery. Find your thing. Travel if you can. Walk into shops and down streets filled with people who know nothing of this industry and just talk to them. Take a free class in anything other than what you do. Another friend of mine took a pottery class and ended up leaving to manage it while minimally freelancing aka you do you and who cares what we think because at the end of the day, you should be all that matters to yourself
We’re all going to be worm food in a few years. Might as well follow your bliss until then. Unless your bliss is being worm food, in which case, you’re firmly on track.
If you do what you love, you never work a day in your life. The second you start hating going into work, it's time up find a new path.
I’m in a similar situation where I have work, but I really don’t care about any of it. What used to get me excited, no longer does. I’m taking some of this advice to heart. Thanks y’all!
