My wire-house team ($2M production across 2 advisors) is looking to expand. We want to hire a Wealth Management Associate ("WMA") and Client Service Associate ("CSA"). Pay for the WMA is $80k plus discretionary bonus. Pay for the CSA is $50k with discretionary bonus.
