I am about to receive offer from TA. During the discussion the HR asked for location and I said Noida and they agreed but they don't have office in Noida location. I have been through GlassDoor reviews and found them pretty negative and people mentioned that their Hybrid Work policy is a scam. If I accept the offer lately then I'm afraid I'll be called to other office locations.

Can anyone help on this please?

Tiger Analytics has started firing their new joineers(freshers) as they don't have adequate projects. I don't know where the freshers will go as they haven't done any project as such.

This is just pathetic from organization. They are just firing people owing to failing a test of certification, for which other company gives 3 trials but they are giving only one try with negative markings

I have not been on a project for over 3 months. Since I joined, I have been put in training. The training got extended by a month and now it's close to 4 months since I joined and without a project.

What should I do? People say that I'm lucky to get paid without doing any work, but it is stressing me out. I need the experience. The uncertainty is freaking me out, with rumours of layoffs and the certification program and all.

How do I get into a project? How long do I have to wait more?
