Find avenues for stress relief and relaxation. Try meditating. Vigorous exercise. Start each day with setting an intention to curb your anger responses. End each day with reflecting on how you did.
Try practicing mindfulness. It has helped me be non reactive to those little annoyances that pop-up in my life.

What kind of anger? Rode rage external anger? Or like I’m always angry, upset, internal anger?
More so on the side of persistent, unrelenting, anger in response to inconveniences
