This is pretty informative. TMUS in DTDL is more of a maintenance project now & will die in a few months. We were the original T-Life team :)

Yes, np in TMUS.. Not liking it so far.. I need some stable env, here it's too much of fail-fast approach, and so much focus on getting the transitioning from vendors... and the vendors are not supporting that.. anyways, it's just I felt.. if u r ok with those things, u r good.

9. ANSR is hiring partner for T-Mobile until Dec 2027.. Also, ANSR HRs are being very strict on their budgets, and it's very difficult to convince for getting a revision .. so, treat 1st offer rollout as final in most of the cases.. Negotiate accordingly!
10. Deutsche Telekom (parent company of T-Mobile) are planning for a complete merger unlike an existing 53% share holding subsidarization.... so, there will be a giant creation of a single holding entity.. If that happens, not sure what's the direction for TMUS Global Solutions, Hyd..
11. Deutsche Telekom, the parent company of T-Mobile, already has a big IT hub in Gurgaon operating as "Deutsche Telekom Digital Labs, India" .. One of the depts in DTDL is TMUS. So, the work that those DTDL guys are doing for TMUS will still continue..And, the intent behind TMUS Global Solutions, Hyd is to cut the contractor billing..

I more thing I need to ask is I got only 27% hike on fixed which is very less while HR isvery rude.Do u think I should join or I will join a good service based company

Yes, there is no concept of referrals yet bcuz the hiring is outsourced to ANSR.
There are un confirmed reports that T-Mobile may be building a second GCC in South America or Mexico, which could divert investment away from India in the future

Not really sure abt it.. but as mentioned above as points, if Deutsche Telekom + TMUS merger happens, then DTDL, Gurugram hub will likely continue handling TMUS work as they have been doing already and have a dedicated dept for TMUS.
So, there are multiple failover options.. if TMUS Global Solutions, Hyd fails to bring them the cost cutting they were expecting, then simple - They will route all this work to DTDL or continue with auctioning with vendors... As simple as that !!

That helps you understand if they low-balled you.. When you know that you were low-balled, then that's the 1st red flag !!

12. As of now, there are no well-set bands/grades within TMUS, so upcoming promotions and pay-parity might take a toll.
