2. As it's a new setup, it's all topsy-turvy inside. So, when coming in, come with less hopes.

3. No info yet abt the metrics for hike %tages, and no clarity on the bonus payout (it's 15% as per the offer letter)

4. Come in after 2-3 yrs once things settle and unfold.

And KeyBank position is a private client advisor pay is $67k but bonus can range from $10k -$25k depending on performance and other compensation factors. Anyone knows what's the payscale for Big 4 auditors for SA and below? And how is the work at audit like lately? Heard the turnover rate is beyond extreme after the pandemic and there's no longer a non-peak?

Why do the Big 4 Indian firms compete with their offshore entities and poach projects from international clients? Don't think the offshore entities try for projects from Indian clients.

Currently accepted an internship at a firm for the winter and also just accepted a separate internship over the summer with a B4 firm. Should I inform the other firm that I already accepted a later internship with a B4 firm or keep it to myself until the internship is over? They are totally different positions and I wanted to have some experience with both but worry they will take it wrong.
