Timing for recruiting for the purpose of negotiating salaries: I like my job/company, but know I can get a better salary with my skills/experience elsewhere. I started a new job 6 months ago, since then my boss left, the team has changed and we got a new boss, and everything I was trained on when I onboarded is changing due to factors outside of my control..adopting a whole new way of doing things. I feel like I'm starting a new job all over again and not in a positive way. I'm not sure what to do. I'm getting burnt out already. Any advice?
