Need help for salary range of senior associate role at Alvarez and Marsal (Disputes Investigations : Data analytics ).
I have 3+ years of experience. Non MBA

The station I work at is down at least 15 positions. Some jobs have been open for two years.

The remaining staff is required to step up.

Additional positions are opening up as contracts are either broken or expire.

How are people able to keep their mental health up when their station isn’t hiring people they need and refuse to pay living wages to potential prospects or promote those remaining?

We're seeing a lot of hiring freezes happening in the tech space, with the exception of some high growth startups. Is this affecting anyone else?

How did you tell your manager you’re pregnant? Did it affect pay/promos? And then, subsequently, how did you start letting colleagues know you’re pregnant? SPHR exam- has anyone ever been “randomly selected” for an application audit?
