Hi Fishes I've recently started working at Accenture and company has offered me (9.1 LPA including fixed and variable) but I've got one more offer after joining Accenture from Capgemini (in Malasiya - KL) of 7000 Ringgit/ Month. How do you manage the stress and anxiety around billables? I feel like there’s no happy medium. You’re either smashing your targets but stressed and overwhelmed with the workload or you’re anxious that you’re not hitting targets. The job would be so much more enjoyable without them!
