Hey guys, I need your advice and clarity on where I stand in this process.
My Workday profile was created on May 14 by LTC, but the status still shows "Offer Pending." I kept following up with HR multiple times, and they suggested joining as a contract with an immediate offer if urgent. I declined since I’m not okay with a contract role.

Did I make mistake by continously follow them to process my profile or May I know usually how many days it will take to release offer automatically. Thanks

Got it bro but I've seen many ppls saying like they received offer within week or twice after the interview day. That’s why I’m wondering if there might be some other issue causing the delay.

They asked me to join as Contract role instead of permanent role so they can able to release offer immediately without any approval.
