Need a serious suggestion, I joined a company last month but the office is toxic and the salary is not good either. I didn't like it now I wanna switch but hiring HRs will ask why are you leaving within a month will u do the same if we hire again?
I have 3.10 YOE, and this is my 3rd company. The first company I have worked close to 3 years but unfortunately I have worked 10 months 15 days in the second company.
This streak is affecting my profile weightage, how should I handle this?

I recently moved to a different district and am starting to plan ahead for next year. What novels and plays do you think are worthwhile and essential for 10th, 11th and Pre-AP? I have many in mind that I have used before but am really looking for some fresh ideas!

I passed out in 2013 and started job in 2015 on contractual basis till mid 2017 and during this Many payroll companies changed for that particular contract and in this duration my PF, tax didn't deduct and no record in PF portal. Then joined Infosys in mid 2017. So now wanted to know can I show my experience from 2017 to apply in companies as for bgv many companies ask for PF statement or form 16 for all previous companies. How should I deal for 4 years gap if i show exp. from 2017 ?

It’s my birthday today and it makes me sad when this day comes around every year for some reason - maybe the realities of becoming an adult, it just feels like any other day.

Did a first interview with hr rep, went very well. she set up the hiring manager meeting for a few days later. Met with the manager. Another great conversation, went over time and was told I’d hear back about panel set up. Following day I get a request from hr rep to “continue the conversation” with manager. This is set up Tuesday.
Why do you think the manager wants to meet again? Good? Bad? I felt great about the interview when we ended.
