I have an offer in hand from Accenture. I cleared interview with wipro as well, but now wipro is asking to send them the offer letter then only they can decide the annual CTC. What should I do, my offer letter have all my hr contact details. Can someone shed some light on this

What is the HRA policy in Accenture? I got to know that i can't claim HRa if my base location is city A and living in a rental accommodation in City B?
