Hey I am in IBM Consulting Kolkata with about 1+ years of experience. The work I am getting is mostly monitoring so I want to get out of my current role. How hard is it to get new project after moving to bench and whats the proces?
I already informed my manager that I want to move out although he doesn't want to release since finding someone to do monitoring in night shift is also difficult.

I am defending an eviction for a client who has given possession of the property (as of Nov. 30). Plaintiff’s complaint has one claim – possession. They did request relief for attorney’s fees. NJT/Final Hearing commenced 10/27, was only 30 min and was therefore continued to 12/20. Plaintiff had counsel at that time but they are no longer represented.  I want to file something notifying Court that Plaintiff claim is now moot, making sure that judgment is not entered that hurts (cont'd)..

Is it just me or are there entirely too many people in Business Services, specifically TC’s, who are just folks from client service that don’t want to deal with hours and travel anymore but have no formal training in the Business Services function they transition to? It seems to me very few TC’s are professionals in HR with any background, training or certifications in HR.
