Recruiter contacted me about a Snr. Director level role. What’s the interview process look like at this level and what can I expect in TC?

Had interview rounds with client, director, partner however no round with HR but today got a mail for documents. Can i expect HR round now?

Over the past five years, I’ve built this niche of ideation/strategy discovery new digital business ideas and turning that idea into a working product. once the product is launched, I help with the commercialization aspect.

during the MVP, I usually lay out the initial specs and write user stories with assistance from a BA.

it’s not a typical product management role- curious if others do this? I usually work in innovation/incubation groups.

My yoe is 3.6, but the interview is scheduled role "Application lead project". Is this normal?

Are there any chances they might reject me as the interview is for lead role while my YOE fall in senior analyst / analyst role.

Considering two senior associate offers. One at Embark in FAAS (lots of growth upside, great benefits and higher pay) vs. EY TAAG (SEC and Derivatives and Financial Instruments). I only have 1.5 years of big four experience so I’m considering going back to boost my resume, but Embark seems great and will be much more broad experience (like operational accounting advisory and such). Not looking to exit to industry anytime soon. Which is a better route?
