Does anyone in here work exclusively with B2B enterprise marketing using paid ads on Google and Facebook?

Hi all! I work in digital marketing / organic social. For those in organic social what platform do you use for scheduling posts, analytics, UGC, managing influencers etc? We currently use bizzare voice/curalate. I work for a national retail brand so we are posting 2x a day with tons of UGC and in house content. Your thoughts and opinion are appreciated with all platforms! :)

What are your tips on convincing a fellow employee not to switch agencies? I really don't want to compete with them

I'm a marketer and I'm having a hard time getting my clients to listen to me.

I have been in marketing for 10 years now. I've worked with hundreds of clients and have been able to increase their sales by over $1 million each year.

But every time I go into a meeting with a new client, they ignore everything I say. They just want to talk about their product. They don't seem interested in learning how to market it better.

Any agency out there looking to hire a young marketing specialist? I just graduated and I read there's a shortage of workers. I'd be interested in finding some opportunities.

What's up with commercials nowadays? The ones I worked on back in the early 2000s were so much more creative. Maybe everyone is running out of ideas?

Had a first round interview scheduled for a large CPG brand. My interviewer never called me, and I emailed following up to confirm the call. It’s been over a day and no response. What is going on with recruiters? I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt, but not even an email back saying “something came up” or “we’ve moved on” ? I’ve been ghosted after every final interview during my recent job search, but never had I been ghosted before even having the first call??

Three job interviews with a company, last one creating a marketing plan and presenting to marketing VP. I received good feedback from him. Three days later recruiter wants to give me a call and “give an update”. Schedules it after 2 days. This morning cancels last minute as they are having “internal discussions”. I’m really annoyed and tired. Thoughts?

Why do clients always think I should be able to double their ROI right away... it takes time folks, and putting extra pressure on the marketing team does not make us faster

Looking for some UGC gigs. I can do unboxing and demos. Rates start at $100 for a video, and $20 per photo. which is significantly lower than others in the market. Just trying to get more content creation under my belt. I specialize in social media as a director in a marketing agency, so I know what will perform.
