I love Cloudflare. The people are great but it’s an engineering culture and the sales team isn’t as well shaped up and I can’t go for a promotion until at least 18 months of tenure. I am an investor in the company and think of them super highly. I’ve already got half a years SDR experience and AWS promotes quicker.

Hello, I recently was reached out to by an in-house recruiter at a similar but slightly different company than the one I currently work for. The recruiter provided a base range and an OTE range. The lower end of that range is what I am currently making. The higher end of that range is almost 200k more than my current comp. The role is almost identical. Hi, just got an offer from A&M as D (Performance Improvement). The base from Glassdoor is accurate (US as a benchmark). Bonus is much higher than my current. Anyway the base seems very low compared to S& SA in US.
1) is it true that the base is that low compared to junior-mid level at S&?
2) i am based in Asia, any different rate compared to other region at A&M?
