What amount of money would you need to be offered from another company to leave (talk in terms of percentage increase in salary and include your level at the firm)? I’m passively looking and am curious what offer would be considered too good to pass up as an AY2.

Should you always negotiate? I never gave a range during the interview process, I had a TC # in my mind. Got an offer and TC was exactly what I would've asked for. I will take the job.

Need advise! My campus does a shared budget that I share with a fellow art teacher at the same campus. We also share a supplies closet. Would you split the budget and get your own supplies or just buy in bulk and share supplies? I am not sure what to do.
