Need advise! My campus does a shared budget that I share with a fellow art teacher at the same campus. We also share a supplies closet. Would you split the budget and get your own supplies or just buy in bulk and share supplies? I am not sure what to do.

I've received an offer from LnT (29 LPA), is that good enough to resign now , considering my CCTC is 25.8.

Also, I'm almost 90 pc sure that i may be released within a week of resignation as my project contract has not been renewed and we're in handover phase.

Could you guys please advise me, as to what should be my course of action here? Should I resign and can I get better opportunities in the next 1 month?

I’ve been depressed for years now and this past week I lost a dog I’ve had for 15 years; he was one of the only bright spots in my life and I’ve just found it so hard to focus or motivate myself on anything after this. Any suggestions or feelings about sending supplies home to remotes? For some units I’m not comfortable sending certain supplies. I’m looking for ideas. What projects are working for you on a cart? So far, weaving and fiber is going great for me. It leaves little mess in their classrooms and doesn’t require a ton of supplies on my cart. Supplies are also inexpensive.
