Need advise! My campus does a shared budget that I share with a fellow art teacher at the same campus. We also share a supplies closet. Would you split the budget and get your own supplies or just buy in bulk and share supplies? I am not sure what to do.

How do I explain that everything that was listed in job posting at my current position is not what the company has been having me do? I put in my resume what was posted because I know I capable of these requirements. Also what I have been doing doesn't coincide with what they are paying me. Ie I'm being severely over paid.

Any suggestions or feelings about sending supplies home to remotes? For some units I’m not comfortable sending certain supplies. I’m looking for ideas. I am a middle school social studies teacher and my husband is a high school art teacher. He has been an art teacher for a very long time and he’s not super proficient with Google classroom but I am. I have been helping him with lesson online resources & creating hyper docs for the lessons. He is struggling with the students not having a lot of supplies at home and how to have them create multiple day art pieces.  he teaches at a low income area, how is everyone handling supplies to students? 

In need of a new way to do an Art Critique with my 7th and 8th graders. Considering maybe like JamBoard or using Google Slides. Open to all ideas.
