I am a B.Tech graduate in EEE . I worked in an Automotive supplier company for 6 months as a GET. Then I moved to Deloitte and working as an IT Auditor with 1 year of experience. What should I do to switch career as a grid automation engineer / Energy consultant in ABB/ Siemens / Hitachi? Is M.Tech mandatory?Siemens ABB Hitachi ABB Power Grids Hitachi energy

On a cart right also, during hybrid learning. I am trying to do one day projects, focusing more on the process and experience rather than the product.
I've been moved onto a cart as well. It's especially difficult because I teach many grades k-12 and feel like I never have time to prep. At the end of the day I just want to go home and relax after running around all day. I live 40 minutes away so getting there early is not going to happen.
I feel like I need to write all new lesson plans for my elementary classes to keep the mess minimal for the sake of the classroom teachers, and of course my own sanity. I don't feel like a good teacher this year and it's really tearing me down.
I am actually enjoying going into the rooms and checking out how teachers have their classrooms set up. You can pick up lots of classroom management ideas this year. I don’t have a huge mess at the end of the day in my room, my art room is now a big office and place to prep. My classes are shorter so I am focusing a lot on drawing skills and visual literacy. I am staying away from technology whenever I can. We’ve had enough of screens for now. If you are thinking of how to pass the time there are lots of great books with wonderful illustrations. Reading is never a bad thing.
I've been trying to keep things simple. All of my students have their own crayons and colored pencils so that's what we've been using. There isn't a lot of extra room in most classes so that's a challenge for me too. Anyone else have any ideas?
