Hi,
Is anyone facing same situation?

My company, Pegasystems, is agressively hiring for Senior Solutions Consultant (presales) positions nationwide. If you are interested in working for an amazing company with market leading products and a great culture, please message me. Happy to discuss further. Assuming you are reasonably qualified, I can provide a referral as well.

Ummm, maybe time to either find a new job, or figure out why it looks so racist and sexist to work there? Then quit 😆
Or call their HR?
I've not only heard of this but know someone this happened to. She worked at the same hospital in the same department for close to 20 years. She trained me when I worked there. She had breast cancer at the time. I moved to another position in the department and ended up training her when she moved over too. She ended up taking my night shift when I left in 2012. When COVID hit she would sit away from the nurses station, when she could actually sit down, because of her history as a cancer patient. A new girl came on and a new manager. Suddenly my friend was being reported for being missing and "hostile". She was the only black scrub tech working nights. They got nurses to complain they couldn't find her even though there is an intercom and she had a phone in her pocket. They fired her.
This place your friend works is TOXIC. That takes a major toll on your mental and physical health. She will never do anything right according to them. Her best bet is to brush up her resume and find another position as quickly as possible.
