Slalom or GCP consultant role?
With Boston Consulting Group, Bain & Company and McKinsey & Company hiring as they are now, are they any more flex on undergrad GPA requirements? I can get a referral and knock the case out of the park (with some prep) but I don’t think I’ll even get an interview with my current GPA (2.85).

I would make sure to be clear on where you stand before meeting the team, so they don’t think you’re making them waste time (or your time too).
+1000 recruiters hate when you waste their time
Just say that there are many things you need to consider before accepting this offer and require at least a day or two to think about everything after seeing this place
So you haven’t accepted the offer? Then it’s perfectly reasonable to ask for time to consider it.
Why are you wanting to leave your job now? Why are you wanting to not go through with the new job?
Just be honest, professional, and straightforward. If it isn't the place for you, it isn't the place for you. Sometimes that's just how it goes.
I've been in this position before. I just reached out saying personal stuff came up and that kept me from taking the role, and I thanked them for their time. It sucks, but oh well
I would just be honest. Call and ask for a day or two to think about it. If you aren't going to take it, then tell them that.
