Does anybody know about company DolFinTech- child company of Barri financial services.I have got an offer as Data analyst where work is in powerbi as they are migrating from Qlickview to PowerBI. I currently work on Pyspark , SQL, PowerBI.They offered 7lpa and work from home but work is only in powerbi. No VPB,only retention bonus which is 1 lakh, not included in offer letter now.they are ready to buy out my notice period for 15days,I have 30leaves and I can serve 2weeks(total60days)

I am currently working on SAP CPI,PIPO,CPI-DS (basically Integration as a whole) development (also attend Support issues regularly) with experience of around 1 year. My leads are quite happy with my works.

For career growth, what shall be my ideal path ahead?
1. Only concentrate on Integration
2. Continue Integration for some years, then switch to Functional modules (in this case, after how many years should I ideally switch)


And what shall be the ideal time to switch companies?

I got the offer letter from Tata technology 15 LPA and cognota 15.5 LPA . 

and Fujitsu offer letter is in pipline . 

But I am expecting at least 18 -19 LPA. how to deal with the company for salary hikes. ?  which company is best ?

I have 2 offers from Myntra (Associate-M1) and Coinswitch (Business finance analyst) at 1.5 YoE.
Myntra :15.5 base +1.5 joining + 7 stocks(4 years) + relocation
Coinswitch :15.5 base + 1.5(joining+retention) + 2 performance bonus paid yearly.
Which would be a better choice ?
