Actually, I am currently serving notice in Capgemini India, and I have some leave plans in mind for this month. But, I am a bit worried that the leaves might impact my notice period and might extend my last working date. If anyone has clarity on this, please let me know.

CTC offered - 14 Lac ( fixed )
Current CTC - 5 6 LAC
Skill - AWS Cloud + Python + Devops

My question is how many days does it takes to release offer letter ?
Is the salary offered good or should I try for more negotiation ?
