My gf and me call each other everytime we have free time. However lately she seems disinterested in phone time. I am fairly new to the pharma industry (in for about 3 years). I recently was promoted to a global program manager role and while the programs I manage aren’t terribly complex, I’m finding it difficult to be confident when everyone I interact with is senior level (Director and above). If someone decide to resign within probation period itself. what will be notice period and if reason is salary, will Amdocs revise the package?

I got an offer of 10.4 LPA (fixed) + 70K joining bonus from Amdocs, later received an offer of 13 LPA (fixed) + 1L joining bonus from another organisation. But I'm willing to join Amdocs.

I want to come to Amdocs from EPAM with few months of experience, currently SDE2. I do have some questions, though.
1. How does EPAM compare to Amdocs? Regarding the job satisfaction, projects, Permanent WFH, etc.
2. This company is, in my opinion, one of the best for growth and high-quality projects. Can someone vouch to this?
3. I would appreciate it if you could recommend SDE2, SDE3, or both.
4. What should a reasonable CTC expectation be?
