Hi all, (choosing between Cognizant and KPMG for a Gen AI Engineer role),

I got an offer from Cognizant and KPMG for Gen AI engineer role, which company is better in terms of employee benefits also I should grow technically like I should get a chance to work with machine learning models PyTorch and machine learning operations and tools like MLflow and AI agents and agentic AI.

Suggest me a good one based on my requirement.

Thanks in advance

Told a friend of mine in tech I was considering moving to BCG. He asked me if I would have to move to Boston.

I followed up by asking what he thought the top consulting firms were. "I'd guess PwC and then McKinsey are the best. I've also heard of KPMG, Deloitte, and Bain, but I don't know much about them."

Just a reminder that outside our bubble no-one really cares about firm prestige etc.

I have got an email from a recruiter that she’ll be sending my CV to the hiring manager. Can someone please help me understand the recruiting process for S&O lead role? From a previous post, I understand that there will be following interviews:

Screening
Role related
Case
Googlyness
Cognitive ability

What is the content of these interviews? What do they look for? How can I prepare? I don’t have much technology my background, so a little worried going into the interview. Any advice please?

I am currently working in advertising with experience on fintech & CPG. I would like to work in tech marketing, specifically Google’s APMM program.
I’ve been studying some PM/PMM books/podcasts/videos, attending Google events, and want to keep learning more to try to prepare myself as much as I can.
What resources helped you get into product marketing/Google?
Has anyone here moved from advertising to tech?
Would love to hear from a marketer about their experience getting into Google.
Thank you
