Does Mastercard cut/deduct leaves if one miss the work from office for even a day, I heard the system auto deducts the leaves if employee miss wfo even for a day per Week. As they have 3 Mandatory days WFO.

Please comment guys.

MasterCard is offering me 13.5LPA as fixed pay and 7% as variable pay.
