My only worry is that I am not sure how I will again end up in the product company. Because I see people getting offers from big products like Phonepe, Paypal where I don't see any job openings for the same role I am trying from Naukri or LinkedIn.Please share any strategies followed to get call from product companies.

Hey All,
I finished a third round interview, and HR contacted me that afternoon saying I had positive feedback across the board and they would contact me the next day regarding next steps. It’s been two days and they finally get back to me saying they haven’t been able to sync with the hiring manager but will keep me posted. Honestly I wish they would talk with the hiring manager and then let me know the decision instead of checking in. It’s messing with my emotions.

Is there a UX designer in Australia interested in a role in an agency? It’s just me at the moment so you’d be the first hire. I need help as my clients want more and I’ve got a waiting list!

Currently I work for a small company that does the construction of small cell utility poles and roof top sites for the major cell carriers like VZW, T-mobile, AT&T and so on. I am a project coordinator but I do everything under the sun. Created project tracker. Submitti bids, sourcing material, negotiating price on materials, handling post construction inspections, scheduling sub contractors, notifying stakeholders, coordinating with construction managers - property owners - building management.
