Hi All, I am currently working in Amex as a Senior Analyst with 7 yoe into Analytics, I was wondering if BoA is safe to join given the current market situation. Also what kind of level and compensation can I expect here coming from Amex?

Accepted an offer for 150k with another b4 (currently at D) with 4 YOE. I should be happy and jumping with this number but being an 1st gen immigrant, this number is too unreal/scary to me. Growing up I watched my parents struggle working multiple jobs from sunrise to midnight just to make minimum wage for us to have a good life but now it feels weird to be making this much?
